D.I.Y. Fly Honey Show

An at-home Fly Honey Experience.

The Fly Honey Show is a Chicago Institution, and during the pandemic, they were interested in creating a virtual FHS experience. So we crafted an evening of live and pre-recorded performances, interviews, and capped it all off with a live DJ to keep the party going. Our total attendance was over 300 viewers. SSIA Conference 2020

A week packed full of sports and collaboration.

Each year, The Sports & Social Industry Association holds a conference to bring together the best and brightest of the industry and share ideas, collaborate, and appreciate their hard work over the past year. Our team was tasked with creating a promo video that captured the excitement of the week in Cancún, as well as running the awards show on the final night.

Out of Bounds Tour

An educational tour to combat bullying.

Working Group Theatre's award winning show, Out Of Bounds explores the growing problem of cyber-bullying and the struggles kids and adults face to control it. Winner of the 2014 NEFA National Theatre Project Award, Out of Bounds toured nationally in 2016, playing to packed performing arts centers for kids of all ages. Following performances, we held workshops with students focused on bystander techniques and intervention.  More info at workinggrouptheatre.org.

Chicago Fringe Fest

With The Weight of Her Fate on Her Shoulders.

After being selected for Chicago Fringe 2016, the Chicago Iowa Theatre Collective, under the direction of myself and Matt Schutz, produced With the Weight of Her Fate on Her Shoulders, by Matt Schutz telling the story of a post-apocalyptic world where words can be used as weapons in war. RWU Client Videos

Monthly client communications with a fun flair.

Role: Editor (with Fungi Media)

RockWithU, an exclusive event company, needed a way to automate their client communications leading up to events. We created a series of 13 videos (one for each month prior, one follow-up) to prep clients on different topics for their event, and open the door for consistent communication with the RWU team. RWU’s brand exudes that fun, cool energy, so we wanted to make sure that came off in the tone and edit of these videos. More info at rockwithu.com.

NU IMC Highlight Video

A program highlight with over 60 interviewees.

Role: Virtual Producer & Project Manager (with Fungi Media)

Northwestern University offers an immersion quarter every year to graduate students, which combines classroom learning with onsite immersion at a company partner. For the last 3 years, Fungi Media has created the promotional video to attract those company partners and catch the attention of incoming students. 

2020 was a unique year, but an opportunistic one. I performed over 60(!) interviews for this project, getting a diverse voice for the final video and showcasing the true collaborative spirit of the immersion quarter. More info at the NU IMC Website.
